Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Pomo Zentra. We've kept it short and readable — no walls of capital letters, no traps. Use the product fairly and it stays simple.
01The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Pomo Zentra Ltd ("Pomo Zentra", "we", "us") covering your use of our website, the web app, and any account you create. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the service.
02Your account
You need an account to sync sprints and scores across devices. To keep things fair and secure:
- Give us accurate details and keep your email current so we can reach you.
- You're responsible for activity under your account — keep your Google account secure and don't share access.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
03Plans & billing
Pomo Zentra offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The core timer, output logging, categories and daily report are free forever. Pro adds the weekly rotation planner, long-term trends and exports.

| Cancellation | Cancel anytime in Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period. |
| Refunds | Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are non-refundable but cancel instantly. |
| Price changes | We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before any change to your renewal price. |
Taxes may be added based on your location. If a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan until billing is resolved — your data isn't deleted.
04Acceptable use
We keep the rules short. Don't use Pomo Zentra to:
- Break the law, infringe someone's rights, or store unlawful content.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service without our written permission.
- Probe, overload, or disrupt our systems, or bypass usage limits and security.
- Share your account to give multiple people access to a single Pro subscription.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Pomo Zentra or impersonate others.
If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account, with notice where we reasonably can.
05Your content & data
Your task names, sprints, output logs and scores belong to you. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you — nothing more. We don't sell it and we don't use it to train advertising models.
You can export everything as JSON or CSV, or delete your account, at any time from Settings. How we handle personal data is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
In short
It's your work record. We're the custodian, not the owner — and you can take it with you whenever you want.
06Our intellectual property
The Pomo Zentra software, design, brand, logo and the scoring system are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service — they don't transfer any ownership to you. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the product without obligation to you.
07Availability & changes
We work hard to keep Pomo Zentra fast and available, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves. For material changes that reduce core functionality of a paid plan, we'll give reasonable notice. Occasional maintenance and downtime are part of running a live service.
08Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing would create risk for us or other users. Where the breach is fixable, we'll give you a chance to fix it first. On termination, you can export your data during a 30-day window before it is deleted, except records we're legally required to keep.
09Disclaimers
Pomo Zentra is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The output score is a productivity aid, not financial, business or professional advice — the decisions you make with it are your own.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pomo Zentra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period, or £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you're a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
